Leah is an experienced practice manager with over 15 years experience of working in general practice. During these years her roles have included reception, administration, secretarial, dispensing, assistant practice manager and practice manager. She enjoys new challenges and is keen to continue to build on services available to patients with the help of her team.

Jeanette has varied experience of NHS work, having previously worked in the Care Sector and Glenfield Breast Care Centre before becoming a General Practice Assistant Manager in 2006. She enjoys providing assistance and support to the Practice Manager, Doctors and the rest of the team and contributing in helping to develop the practice for the longer term.

Our receptionists and administration staff provide an important link for patients with the pstaffpic.jpgractice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
