Practice Nurses are qualified and registered nurses who are supported by the Health Care Assistants (HCA's).  The Nurses provide advice and monitoring of long term health conditions such as:

    • Asthma
    • Diabetes
    • Hypertension
    • Heart Disease
    • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

The nursing team also provide a variety of services including offering:

    • Family planning advice             
    • Cervical screening
    • Wound care and dressings
    • Lifestyle advice
    • Travel advice
    • Give care and advice for minor injuries
